Michael Blakeley
Michael is a lawyer, founder and entrepreneur, with over 20 years of experience in legal, M&A, fundraising, investment, compliance, and data protection. Michael has worked at blue chip organisations such as Freshfields, the UK Competition Authority, TATA and the Kinnevik Group. Michael has a long track record of supporting and closing fundraising deals, working on 30+ M&A deals and fundraises with a combined enterprise value of over £1BN.
Matthew Milner
Matthew is a seasoned entrepreneur, marketer, and property investor with nearly 20 years of experience in nurturing early-stage startups. Matthew specialises in driving growth across diverse industries, with a focus on building strategic partnerships that empower startups to select the right products and services from the outset. Passionate about scaling businesses, Matthew also plays a pivotal role in the development of innovative solutions, such as dating apps that prioritise both compatibility and user experience.
Nick David
Nick has extensive fundraising experience in the technology, wellness, and life science sectors, offering strategic advice to early and growth-stage businesses. Outside of Alator, Nick is a Venture Partner for a US deep tech VC. An Oxford University graduate, Nick’s academic prowess complements his forward-thinking approach, making him a vital contributor to the evolving landscape of tech and wellness.
