SEIS deals, specifically

A good share of what reaches the syndicate is SEIS-eligible, and we can point you at those deals specifically — tell us under “What do you look for?” on the form below.

The Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme is HMRC’s relief for backing very early-stage UK companies: 50% income tax relief on up to £200,000 invested per tax year, no capital gains tax on the profit if you hold the shares for three years, and loss relief against income if the company fails.
